Lead sales and client experience at Armani Exchange in Chinook Centre, Calgary, using retail management and team motivation skills daily.
As Assistant General Manager with Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will support the General Manager and lead the store team. You will align associates around sales, client experience, talent development, and efficient operations. The position combines luxury retail knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, organization, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team
Drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience
Build talent and trusting client and associate relationships
Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client strategies
Manage store operations, team communications, labor, and supply budgets
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ similar retail management experience
College or post-secondary degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience executing sales management training and presentations
Proficiency with retail systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
