Agricultural Equipment Design Engineer

Design agricultural equipment with SolidWorks and 3D CAD at Highline Manufacturing, supporting products from concept development through production and launch.
Highline Manufacturing, a Bourgault Industries division, seeks a Design Engineer/Technologist for its Research & Development team. You will improve existing products and create new designs using engineering best practices. The work spans modeling, prototype testing, manufacturing support, and product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance agricultural equipment using 3D CAD modeling
Analyze designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
Create drawings and documentation for prototypes and production
Support prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
Coordinate product releases and manufacturing engineering support
Requirements:
Mechanical, agricultural, or related engineering degree or diploma
Minimum three years of engineering design experience desired
Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Experience with FEA tools such as SolidWorks Simulation
Knowledge of agricultural practices, equipment technology, and manufacturing methods
