TD Customer Experience Associate

Deliver welcoming banking service as a Customer Experience Associate at TD in Wetaskiwin, processing transactions and recommending tailored solutions. This is a 20-hour role.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers through accurate transactions, advice, and problem resolution. You will understand customer needs, promote suitable banking solutions, and connect clients with appropriate internal partners. The role requires customer experience skills, discretion, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Recommend operational improvements supporting excellence
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communicator managing changing priorities
Use transaction accuracy, customer advice, and communication skills to create positive banking experiences for TD customers in Wetaskiwin.
