emergiTEL is hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator on a 12-month contract for its client’s financial services Production Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will analyze requests, structure actionable Jira tasks, monitor dependencies, and coordinate delivery. The work includes print production, digital updates, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate incoming requirements into structured Jira tasks and subtasks
Confirm specifications, asset links, work codes, and milestones
Monitor schedules, dependencies, risks, and missing information
Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely project delivery
Perform quality checks across marketing deliverables
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Clear, proactive communication and clarification skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Jira and Google Workspace experience considered assets
Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
