Guide managers through performance management and progressive discipline
Record incidents, conduct investigations, and document meetings

Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and departmental training
Provide translation and employee-relations support as needed
Requirements:
Three-plus years of Human Resources experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English required
Proficiency with Microsoft applications required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Driver’s license, insurability, and personal vehicle required
