Junior Retail Assistant Manager

Lead retail sales and customer service at La Vie en Rose while supporting store management and motivating your team to achieve goals.
As a Junior Assistant Manager, you will support the assistant manager and manager in daily store performance. Train team members on sales techniques and product features, coordinate activities, maintain company standards, and deliver La Vie en Rose’s brand culture. You will also analyze reports, support staffing, and help maintain store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Train team members on sales techniques and product features
Welcome customers and explain lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear products
Coordinate store activities and share sales information
Recruit, prepare, and train future team members
Open and close the store while applying procedures
Requirements:
Previous team management experience in retail
Natural leadership and team motivation abilities
Strong communication and customer listening skills
Proactive, conscientious, and goal-oriented approach
Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
