Primacorp Ventures seeks an Admissions Manager to provide operational leadership across designated campus programs. You will guide Admissions Representatives, oversee prospective student inquiries, and support ethical, consultative recruitment. The position emphasizes coaching, conversion metrics, compliant enrollment, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support campus admissions representatives daily
Review conversion metrics, schedules, and performance regularly
Conduct interviews and recommend suitable diploma or certificate programs
Oversee enrollment paperwork, financing reviews, and prerequisite verification
Report pipeline metrics and lead campus recruitment events
Requirements:
Minimum two years post-secondary or career college admissions experience
Three to five-plus years consultative sales, recruitment, or account management
Post-secondary business, sales, marketing, or communications credential preferred
Leadership, coaching, communication, and goal-oriented performance skills
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard CRM databases
