Educate patients and families about recovery and self-management

Use e-charting and digital communication tools
Requirements:
Active provincial regulatory college license in good standing
Professional liability insurance as required
Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient-first mindset
Collaborative approach and clear communication abilities
One to two-plus years outpatient experience preferred
Bring compassionate physiotherapy, mobility support, and collaborative care skills to Lifemark patients in Ajax, Ontario.
