Key Responsibilities:
Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical conditions
Document residents' psychological conditions accurately
Provide and assist with personal care
Support emergency staff scheduling when required
Ensure adherence to infection control practices
Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
Active Licensed Practical Nurse registration with BCCNM
Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Strong English communication skills
