Member Client Experience Advisor

Support Desjardins members and clients onsite in Bas St-Laurent by explaining digital tools and helping them complete transactions independently.
This full-time position belongs to the member and client sales and service family. You will guide people toward existing applications and technological tools, contribute to business development, and maintain relationships through service activities. You will also support clients facing fraud or irregularities.
Key Responsibilities:

Explain applications that support independent member transactions
Present technological tools for self-directed operations
Contribute to business development through service delivery
Maintain business relationships through activities
Refer fraud or irregularity cases to appropriate partners
Requirements:

Availability for full-time, onsite work
Ability to support members and clients
Interest in applications and technological tools
Ability to contribute to business development
Willingness to assist with fraud-related situations
Build member and client experience through onsite service, technology guidance, relationship development, and fraud assistance at Desjardins.
