You will guide delivery through leadership, communication, and project governance. Your work will support AI capabilities, performance assessments, coaching, and advisory services.

Manage and implement large-scale technology projects
Optimize project resources against sector objectives
Diagnose complex problems and implement solutions
Manage project risks and issues proactively
Track progress and adapt communications for audiences
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree plus seven years relevant experience
Seven years managing large-scale AI-related projects
Experience leading workshops and coaching
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Bring AI project delivery, Agile coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication expertise to National Bank’s AI Factory team.
