The Senior Inventory Manager provides leadership across medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceutical portfolios. You will establish governance, control standards, and performance management across multiple distribution centers. The position influences Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Quality, and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop multi-year inventory strategies aligned with growth and service objectives
Establish inventory policies, governance routines, and escalation protocols
Lead segmentation, safety-stock, replenishment, and rationalization standards
Present inventory risks, options, and trade-offs to senior leadership
Sponsor initiatives improving turns, availability, cash, and resilience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field
10+ years managing inventory, demand planning, or supply chain
Experience leading multi-distribution-center environments with broad SKU portfolios
Advanced Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems expertise
Strong senior leadership and data-driven decision-making capabilities
