Senior Geoscience Environmental Leader

As a senior geoscience leader, you will guide environmental teams delivering programs across mining, energy, infrastructure, and resource-based sectors. Your work will connect science, regulation, and community priorities. You will shape assessments, remediation, risk strategies, and responsible development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across assessment, remediation, and risk programs
Lead multidisciplinary environmental projects across Northern Ontario
Mentor talent and strengthen technical excellence
Advise clients on environmental risk and regulatory frameworks
Advance methodologies, standards, and environmental best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in environmental or geoscience discipline
Ontario P.Geo. or P.Eng. registration and Qualified Person recognition
15–20+ years leading major environmental programs
Advanced expertise in contaminated sites and emerging contaminants
Valid driver’s licence and vehicle access
