Capital project leadership and stakeholder management define this Project Manager role with Colliers Project Leaders in Winnipeg. Lead building and infrastructure delivery for institutional clients.
As Project Manager, you will lead major capital building and infrastructure projects with expert teams. The work requires organization, detail orientation, cost control, and clear communication. You will represent client interests while managing consultants, contracts, schedules, and project administration throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Build client relationships and serve as primary project contact
Lead large capital programs and infrastructure projects
Manage clients, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders
Control documents, schedules, costs, and project reporting
Chair meetings and resolve project issues
Requirements:
University degree or diploma in engineering or architecture
Minimum five years coordinating and managing infrastructure projects
Knowledge of construction methods, project models, and financial management
Experience with municipal planning, tenders, and tender awards
Engineering designation required; PMP considered an asset
Bring capital project delivery, stakeholder leadership, and client relationship skills to Colliers Project Leaders’ Winnipeg team.
