Retail Department Head Grocery Store

Lead retail operations in a rural grocery or convenience store using staff supervision and inventory organization skills. Permanent English work is available.
This Retail Department Head position requires secondary school graduation and one to less than two years of experience. You will supervise retail salespersons and sales clerks while coordinating daily store activities. The work includes merchandise ordering, scheduling, selling, and resolving customer or supply issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Hire and train staff or arrange required staff training
Order merchandise for convenience or grocery store operations
Establish work schedules for retail employees
Organize and maintain store inventory
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:

Secondary school graduation certificate
One to less than two years of experience
Ability to supervise retail salespersons and sales clerks
Interpersonal awareness
Willingness to relocate to a rural or remote location
Apply retail leadership, scheduling, merchandise ordering, and customer issue resolution skills as a permanent Department Head.
