Ensure document correspondence with the referenced shipment
Verify driver's documents upon his return to the terminal (document completed according to quality standards)
Take customer requests for pickup received through different channels: telephone, email, edoc
Validate and enter data contained on the bill of lading
3 weeks of vacation starting May 1st following your hiring

Schedule : Monday to friday 2pm to 10.30pm
High school Diploma or equivalent experience
Up to 2 years experiences in the transportation field
Experience in Truckmate system
Confortable in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong analytical skills
