This RPN Home Care Supervisor supports day-to-day operations in Qualicare’s growing home-care business. The position coordinates client care, caregiver scheduling, service setup, and issue resolution. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills support independent decisions and nursing judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Coordinate services and initial care setup
Manage caregiver schedules and arrange call-in coverage
Address client, family, and caregiver service concerns
Maintain documentation under College of Nurses standards
Requirements:
Current RPN registration in good standing
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Comfort using scheduling software and electronic medical records
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
