Philips seeks a Field Service Employee for a multimodality position supporting diagnostic imaging equipment. You will install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain systems at customer sites while managing relationships and addressing customer needs. The role requires technical knowledge, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Responsabilités clés:
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain medical imaging equipment
Resolve electronic, network, and mechanical system problems
Provide customer service and meet commitments and arrival times
Complete preventative maintenance, installations, and Field Change Orders
Participate in regional processes, training, and capability development
Exigences:
Two-plus years in diagnostic imaging service, or four-plus electromechanical years
College diploma in electronics or equivalent education and experience
Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma highly preferred
Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
Availability for travel, flexible hours, weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations
Bring diagnostic imaging service experience and multimodality technical capability to Philips customers across the Sudbury geography.
