PepsiCo seeks a motivated Merchandiser to stock store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays. You will support promotions, maintain back-room inventory, and rotate expired products. The role involves collaborating with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to service Pepsi accounts. Customer service and grocery experience are assets, not requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandise Pepsi products using manual or powered equipment
Keep shelves filled and promotional materials maximized
Collaborate with sales representatives and delivery teams
Maintain neat and orderly back-room stock
Rotate expired products to ensure Pepsi freshness
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalence
Valid Class G driver's license and personal vehicle
Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Excellent time management skills
Bring strong organization, physical capability, and independent merchandising skills to PepsiCo's part time field-based work.
