Grocery Department Manager Retail Operations

As Grocery Department Manager, you oversee a specific department within the store and help meet sales and profitability goals. You train associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising. You also coordinate inventory, expenses, replenishment, and communication with store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day grocery department operations
Maintain merchandise stocking, displays, and pricing
Coordinate inventory replenishment with other departments
Manage expenses and assist with budget preparation
Lead diverse teams through coaching and motivation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
