Industrial Maintenance Team Lead

The K.A. Group seeks a Maintenance Team Lead for its manufacturing operations. This hands-on role covers production equipment, shop systems, company vehicles, forklifts, pneumatic tools, and welding equipment. You will direct technicians, prioritize work orders, and coordinate preventive maintenance around production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and follow up on daily technician maintenance tasks
Prioritize work orders by urgency, safety, and equipment condition
Troubleshoot and repair production and material-handling equipment
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime
Communicate equipment status and priorities with production and management
Requirements:
Previous industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, or heavy-equipment maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Experience leading or coordinating a small team
Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
