Apex Legends Gameplay Animator

Animate Apex Legends gameplay while coordinating external production in Vancouver, Los Angeles–Chatsworth, or Madison through a hybrid arrangement.
This regular employee position combines hands-on gameplay animation with outsourced animation production. You will prototype motion, support capture direction, and refine partner-delivered animation. The work also includes vendor coordination, asset validation, and engine integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Prototype gameplay motion for Apex Legends
Help direct motion-capture sessions
Refine animation delivered by external partners
Coordinate vendor feedback, milestones, and briefs
Validate assets and resolve engine-integration issues
Requirements:

At least two years of professional game-animation experience
Direct experience with outsourced animation teams
Strong gameplay timing and blocking skills
Combat and first-person viewmodel animation skills
Maya, motion-capture, engine-integration, tracking, and documentation knowledge
Apply gameplay timing, combat animation, and vendor coordination skills to support Apex Legends production from a listed hybrid location.
