Senior Manager Colour Operations

Lead colour accuracy and Colourists at Arc’teryx from North Vancouver, with hybrid remote work available for eligible Canadian candidates.
As Senior Manager, Colour Operations, you guide a team within Raw Materials and partner across Colour Design, Design, and product functions. You shape plans for team needs, manage your projects, and support smooth information flow. Your work connects colour vision with operational delivery across product categories and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, coach, and guide a high-performing Colourists team
Oversee colour operations and on-time sample delivery
Evolve department processes, organization, automation, and collaboration
Improve communication with cross-functional and external partners
Lead business-critical projects with diverse partners
Requirements:
Seven-plus years in apparel operational roles
At least five years in a colour environment
Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Colour acuity, flexibility, and adaptability amid ambiguity
Bring strategic leadership, colour acuity, and operational improvement expertise to Arc’teryx Colour Operations in North Vancouver.
