Robots and Pencils seeks a Senior Business Analyst to own complex engagements from problem framing through actionable planning. You will lead cross-functional discovery, shape recommendations, and guide senior stakeholders through high-impact decisions. The work combines journey mapping, business cases, AI prototyping, and roadmap creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI and digital strategy engagements from discovery through pilot planning
Map journeys, workflows, and decision points for measurable business lift
Build business cases, quantify value, and define success KPIs
Facilitate executive briefings, ideation workshops, and redesign sprints
Translate strategy across design, data, engineering, and change management
Requirements:
Five-plus years in business analysis, consulting, or product strategy
Understanding of LLMs, RAG, copilots, agents, and responsible AI
Experience with stakeholder interviews, prioritization, and roadmap creation
Strong executive communication and senior stakeholder alignment skills
Hands-on prompt engineering, agent workflows, and AI prototyping experience
