Senior Industrial Construction Manager
Ganotec
Lead major industrial construction initiatives with Ganotec, using strategic decision-making and safety leadership across Canadian and United States project sites.
This senior-level manager oversees operations and construction for Ganotec District within Field Operations. The work requires leadership of cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholder partnerships, project controls, and change management. Projects span civil, structural steel, mechanical, piping, and electrical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee major industrial construction initiatives from execution through completion
Guide Project Managers toward company goals and business objectives
Resolve complex challenges beyond Project Manager authority
Approve deliverables against quality and contractual commitments
Maintain safety, governance, and continuous project improvement
Requirements:
Engineering or related discipline degree
At least six years of progressive construction industry experience
Experience managing large-scale industrial projects and multi-million-dollar contracts
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Strong communication, negotiation, and diverse-team leadership skills
