Serve GroupHEALTH clients from Surrey, BC, using benefits administration and clear communication in a hybrid work model. Manage inquiries and portfolio needs.
As a Benefits Specialist, you will administer and service a dedicated portfolio of direct clients. The position focuses on proactive client support, timely communication, and exceptional service. You will manage eligibility, inquiries, amendments, systems support, and presentations while following carrier guidelines and plan design.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver proactive service to direct clients
Support retention, renewals, and new client onboarding
Manage eligibility, claims, coverage inquiries, and amendments
Support systems access and train users
Maintain documents and deliver client presentations
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Two or more years of customer service experience
Office or professional services experience required
Group benefits experience considered an asset
GBA courses or designation considered an asset
