Drive membership sales and parent relations as Center Director at KidStrong Milton, leading daily operations and an energetic children's fitness center.
This salaried Center Director leads sales, member relations, and operational excellence at the Milton Centre. The role requires outbound lead calls, scheduling optimization, staff leadership, and customer service. You will partner with the Head Coach, manage front desk systems, and pursue membership growth through organized follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership sales through outbound calls to inbound leads
Lead staff and create a successful environment for clients
Manage sales processes, systems, budgets, and operational metrics
Optimize class scheduling and maintain KidStrong membership
Oversee front desk procedures, customer care, and facility operations
Requirements:
Prior outbound phone sales experience strongly preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field
Two years' management, leadership development, and customer service experience
Flexible schedule including three evenings and one weekend day
Strong communication, multitasking, integrity, and work ethic
Bring sales leadership, operational discipline, and parent-focused customer service to KidStrong Milton's growing center team.
