Long-Term Care Services Manager

Lead long-term care services with management and leadership experience at Northern Health, supporting strategic objectives and operational plans.
The Manager, Long-Term Care works within Northern Health’s Long-Term Care Services department. This position helps implement strategic objectives and operational plans for effective, efficient care delivery. Leadership spans planning, delivery, and evaluation across assigned sites and programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement strategic objectives for long-term care services
Support operational plans across assigned sites and programs
Provide leadership in service planning and delivery
Evaluate services across assigned long-term care programs
Support care aligned with Northern Health policies
Requirements:

Management experience
Leadership experience
Ability to support strategic implementation
Ability to plan and evaluate services
Understanding of long-term care delivery
