As a full-time Senior Financial Business Analyst, you will support Analytics and Business Insight at a fully digital hospital. The position focuses on financial processes, healthcare performance, business cases, reporting requirements, and decision support. You will report to the Manager, Case Costing and Utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
Evaluate department-level financial and statistical performance monthly
Develop business cases with program stakeholders
Analyze financial and clinical information for decision-making
Develop annual planning submissions for Ministry approval processes
Requirements:
University degree in accounting, economics, business, or health administration
Minimum five years of related healthcare experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modern business intelligence tools
Strong quantitative, qualitative, communication, and interpersonal skills
CPA or master’s designation preferred
