Senior MEP Construction Project Manager

Lead mechanical and electrical systems for Turner Construction Company projects in Toronto, coordinating teams, schedules, quality, and installations.
This experienced Construction Project Manager oversees MEP delivery for complex builds. The work combines contract management, schedule updates, RFI processing, change orders, and coordination with superintendents and design professionals. The position also supports quality control, commissioning, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives
Manage contract items, approvals, and required-on-job dates
Evaluate RFIs, budgets, and subcontractor change orders
Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems with design requirements
Lead turnover, testing, commissioning, and project closeout
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and four years relevant experience
Mechanical and electrical systems technical expertise
Business acumen for planning and executing responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Microsoft Suite proficiency and leadership attributes
