Lead food quality and kitchen standards as a Junior Sous Chef with Milestones, supporting culinary execution and team morale. This experienced role supports the culinary program at your location.
As a Milestones Sous Chef, you help bring the dining experience to life through strong food quality and welcoming service. You work with fellow Chefs on menu execution, systems, and standards. You also guide teammates while supporting continued improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
Drive knowledge of the Milestones food program
Work with Chefs on menu execution and systems
Lead over 20 teammates through recruitment and training
Manage food, beverage, and back-of-house labour costs
Requirements:
Experience as a Sous Chef
Leadership aligned with continued improvement and growth
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and high morale
Ability to encourage teams toward excellence
