Mortgage Administration Operations Manager

Lead mortgage administration operations through people leadership, digital transformation, and process improvement within a growing financial services organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, guide an experienced team toward accurate, compliant, efficient service delivery.
The Mortgage Administration Manager will coach professionals, manage departmental priorities, and support business growth through collaboration. Success requires emotional intelligence, change leadership, and strong stakeholder management. Mortgage, banking, or lending experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop mortgage administration professionals
Oversee daily operations, accuracy, compliance, and service delivery
Guide employees through digital transformation and operational changes
Streamline workflows, improve processes, and increase efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Minimum three years of people leadership experience
Experience leading organizational change or process improvements
Strong emotional intelligence balancing empathy and accountability
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Bring people leadership, operational improvement, and digital transformation expertise to mortgage administration while supporting trusted, high-performing teams.
