Lead healthcare operations and organizational growth as Chief Operating Officer at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Shape scalable systems across publicly funded and private-pay services.
Reporting to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer, the COO joins the executive leadership team. This new position requires strategic, clinical-operational, and administrative leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the organization’s operational engine
Design and optimize scalable operational systems and processes
Advance performance measurement and quality indicators
Oversee regulatory and accreditation readiness
Lead strategic negotiations and high-value partnerships
Requirements:
Over a decade of senior leadership experience
Experience in complex, service-oriented environments
Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational systems
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
