The Team Leader assists with General Merchandise areas and department processes at the Kirkland store. You will respond to inquiries, develop associates through teaching and training, and help ensure task completion. The position also includes workload planning, salesfloor support, merchandising, and communication with store teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide polite, friendly customer service and promote products
Coordinate daily Customer Availability process tasks
Assess department presentation and execute merchandising changes
Lead Team Huddles, set goals, and track productivity
Support performance management, recruiting, and hiring
Requirements:

Be at least 16 years old
Assist with department activities based on workload
Communicate updates and priorities with associates
Complete safety sweep logs and secure displays
Complete GTA and Workday tasks
Support Walmart’s Kirkland General Merchandise teams through customer service, coordination, training, and safe department execution.
