This Maintenance Personnel position supports residence upkeep in Calgary. Northland Properties operates Sutton Place Hotels, Sandman Hotels, and other hospitality brands. The work includes preventative maintenance, minor repairs, landscaping, unit preparation, and tenant communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance for residence equipment and systems
Perform minor building, electrical, plumbing, and equipment repairs
Investigate deficiencies and equipment malfunctions, then take corrective action
Maintain furniture, fixtures, landscaping, and overall residence appearance
Prepare units for occupancy and communicate effectively with tenants
Requirements:
Experience as a maintenance worker
Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and landscaping
Ability to multitask and organize work effectively
Ability to operate all fire equipment
Valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle
Bring practical repair, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep skills to Northland Properties' Calgary residence while supporting resident safety.
