Painted Donkey Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for its new ice cream bar and cafe. The successful candidate oversees operations, schedules staff, maintains standards, and helps create a positive customer experience. Previous supervisory or management experience is required, preferably in food service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of The Sweet Stable
Manage staff scheduling and performance
Ensure excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements:
Previous management or supervisory experience
Food service experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
