Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction cost estimate creation
• Develop estimates and proposals aligned with business goals
• Compile inputs to produce comprehensive proposal deliverables
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and subcontractors
• Manage project schedules and resource requirements
Requirements:
• 20 years’ experience in civil construction industry
• Proven estimating skills in large civil projects
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Proficient in construction estimating software and P6
