Key Responsibilities:

Build MCP servers and connectors for client platforms
Configure identity, permissions, provisioning, and audit logging
Implement Purview controls, encryption, retention, and log export
Create document pipelines, retrieval tools, agents, and automations
Review junior developer code and set engineering standards
Requirements:

Five or more years building production software or IT systems
Shipped APIs and identity integrations using OAuth, OIDC, SAML, or SCIM
Strong Python or TypeScript skills
Experience with LLM APIs, MCP, agents, and AI coding tools
Availability during North American Eastern and Pacific business hours
