The team is focused on
rebuilding in a new way
and guiding multiple business segments through transformation and adoption.
Must-Have Skills
Senior BA / BSA Experience (10+ years)
Strong in requirements documentation (epics, features, user stories)
Proven experience in
large digital transformation initiatives
Comfortable handling ambiguous, multi-stakeholder requirements – should be able to give examples of gathering and structuring requirements that were all over the place, collaborating with multiple stakeholders (not an order taker but acting as an advisory to them and share their POV as well)
Stakeholder Management
Able to understand business use cases and translate them into technical requirements
Confident leading discussions and driving alignment across regions and functions
Agile Delivery
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong with
JIRA and Confluence

for API validation
Miro / Lucidchart
for process mapping and journey design
Understanding of
metadata and content architecture
Financial services or other
regulated industry
experience (e.g., healthcare)
AEM or MarTech certifications
