Bilingual Quality Coordinator for Patient Support

In this position, you will work under the Patient Experience Manager to monitor and improve the quality of patient interactions across diverse channels. Your analytical skills will drive improvements in patient support programs by providing critical insights and recommendations for coaching and training. Engage collaboratively with team leaders to implement effective quality monitoring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate quality for all patient interactions across channels
• Generate detailed quality reports and performance insights
• Assist in developing patient interaction standards and practices
• Coach and mentor team members based on performance data
• Collaborate with other units to identify improvement areas
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a healthcare contact center environment
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Proven experience with quality monitoring practices
• Ability to analyze data and trends
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
