Car Rental Customer Service Representative

Serve UDrive Car Rental customers with reservation guidance and vehicle inspections at Twin Motors Flin Flon and Flin Flon Airport. Experience in customer service is required.
This experienced Customer Service Representative supports customers throughout the rental process. The work includes telephone and written communication, computerized records, vehicle selection, and rental documentation. You will help maintain accurate customer and inventory information while supporting compliant rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers onsite and over the phone
Guide customers through reservations and answer questions
Recommend vehicles based on customer needs
Explain rental terms, conditions, promotions, and discounts
Inspect vehicles and document damages accurately
Requirements:
Experienced Customer Service Representative
Active driver's license is mandatory
Strong interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and professional image
Computer skills using internet, Microsoft Office, and computerized records
