TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Process financial transactions and advise customers as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
This position supports TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business at the branch level. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and provide information about products and services. The role requires accurate administration, organization, planning, time management, and customer communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete timely business processes
Provide clear, personal advice on banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication abilities
Use transaction accuracy, customer insight, and banking knowledge to support positive experiences at TD Canada Trust.
