Kitchen Renovation Salesperson

Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary South is hiring a full-time In-Home Kitchen Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their goals, and guide them through our kitchen renovation solutions, including cabinet refacing, redooring, custom updates, and full kitchen remodels.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and strong in face-to-face sales. The right candidate can build trust quickly, handle objections professionally, communicate value clearly, and keep opportunities moving forward.
What you'll do
Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
Present kitchen renovation solutions and pricing
Follow up on leads and close sales
What we're looking for
Minimum
3
years of general sales experience required
Previous in-home sales experience is a strong asset
Kitchen, renovation, remodelling, or other high-value consultative sales experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
Schedule
Full-time
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Compensation & Perks
This position is
commission only
with itranging from 6% to 10% based on monthly sales.
Strong earning potential for the right person, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually
