Junior AI Marketing Manager

Use research and analytics to support Springs’ AI products as a Junior Marketing Manager working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Springs creates AI products and applications, including IONI, its compliance AI SaaS. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will support marketing, research, and customer development activities. Your work includes data creation, lead generation, CMS publishing, and email campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, research, and analyze data using marketing tools
Manage and publish content in Webflow CMS
Conduct lead generation activities
Manage email campaigns using Instantly and Google Sheets
Support marketing, research, and customer development tasks
Requirements:

Strong research and analytical skills
Responsibility and commitment in assigned work
Comfort handling routine marketing tasks
Willingness to learn, grow, and support teammates
English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate
Support Springs’ AI marketing initiatives through research, Webflow publishing, lead generation, and email campaign management.
