We are seeking a Licensed Optician committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll fulfill prescriptions from Optometrists and guide customers through the frame selection process efficiently. A meticulous understanding of eye anatomy and a compassionate approach are essential for this role, as you will support patients in their eye health journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-testing activities for patients
• Submit third-party benefit claims accurately
• Remake, adjust, and repair optical frames
• Follow up on outstanding customer orders
• Support Optometrists with patient consultations
Requirements:
• Valid provincial Optician license or certification
• Strong customer service and eye health knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptable and able to work flexible mall hours
• Commitment to patient care and satisfaction
