Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
Stress test agents in real-world scenarios
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant experience
Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
Production-grade software with modular separation
Live, non-mocked multi-turn system experience
Clear, high-density technical feedback skills
Use backend engineering, agent debugging, and technical evaluation skills to help Outlier train advanced OpenClaw systems remotely.
