This salaried exempt manager directs strategic insights and execution for global logistics, supply chain planning, and Truro production planning. The role connects manufacturing sites, distribution, inventory, and customer delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead global logistics and supply chain capacity planning
Direct Truro production planning and scheduling
Optimize inventory flows, networks, costs, and service delivery
Oversee warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment
Develop budgets, transformation plans, and performance reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
Five-plus years in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
Three-plus years leading teams
Knowledge of WMS, SAP, Oracle, and data analysis tools
Openness to travel 25% within North America and internationally
Bring global planning, inventory optimization, logistics leadership, and production control expertise to IPG-ECP’s Truro operations.
