Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning activities for MV/HV systems and controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during startup
• Mentor junior team members and field crews
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of commissioning leadership experience
• Strong hands-on relay testing and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with substations and utility infrastructure
• Ability to travel extensively for project work
