As a Customer Service Representative, you will welcome customers and connect them with technicians, partners, and vendors. The work combines customer interaction, administrative responsibilities, and team support. You will manage repair information while helping customers feel confident throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Build positive customer relationships in person and by phone
Submit ICBC rental forms and guide customers through processes
Schedule repair appointments and manage shop calendars
Generate repair orders with accurate documentation
Provide repair updates through phone, text, and email
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Friendly, professional approach with strong people skills
Passion for vehicles and helping customers
Valid driver's license and solid professional references
