Senior R&D Operations Specialist

Shape Clio’s operating systems and planning rhythms as a Senior R&D Operations Specialist, working remotely across the United States or Canada.
This senior role supports Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams across Clio Work, Enterprise, and related product areas. You will coordinate complex initiatives, connect strategic direction with execution, and strengthen visibility across teams. The work combines program management, stakeholder coordination, data synthesis, and AI-enabled workflow improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build sources of truth for priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and progress
Strengthen planning cadences, leadership syncs, showcases, QBRs, and cross-functional forums
Create workback plans for complex product initiatives and decision points
Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Data partners
Track quarterly and annual OKRs across portfolios and teams
Requirements:
5+ years in product operations, R&D operations, program management, or related technology roles
Strong program management coordinating complex initiatives across teams and stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure evolving systems
Strong analytical skills synthesizing product, customer, operational, and business data
Bring systems thinking, program management, and AI curiosity to Clio’s R&D operations and cross-functional planning.
